Biography

Charles Bonhan is currently a Technologist in the Applied Materials Science Group in the Energy and Efficiency Division at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Mr. Bonham joined PNNL in 1998. Mr. Bonham has 35 invention disclosures, 9 US patent applications, 2 foreign patent applications and 4 US patents issued.

Research Interests

  • Thin film deposition technology, micromechanics (MEMS), glass chemistry, barrier technology, photolithography, and macro machinist.
